New Waukegan Eye Clinic – HealthReach officially opened its new Waukegan eye clinic for refraction examinations and prescription eye wear. This new facility provides increased access to comprehensive eye care for our patients. Prescription eye wear is obtained at very low cost by this program from the Illinois State Prison at Dixon, IL on behalf of HealthReach patients.
