HealthReach Program Receives Grant From Takeda Pharmaceuticals

Acute Care Program

HealthReach is now operating an Acute Care Program available 4-5 days (about 40 hours) a week. The program provides sick calls and walk-ins for the low-income and uninsured with acute care symptoms.
