HealthReach Program Receives Grant From Takeda Pharmaceuticals

On November 17th, HealthReach was awarded $25,000 from Takeda Pharmaceuticals. The grant will support the Chronic Disease Management and Education Program. “Takeda is delighted to support the efforts of HealthReach and we wish you continued success.”

Acute Care Program

HealthReach is now operating an Acute Care Program available 4-5 days (about 40 hours) a week. The program provides sick calls and walk-ins for the low-income and uninsured with acute care symptoms. HealthReach Doctor Voted Illinois Optometrist of the Year

HealthReach Awarded $20,000 from Blowitz-Ridgeway

The Board of Trustees of the Blowitz-Ridgeway Foundation has approved a grant of $20,000 to HealthReach. These funds will aid in general operation of the clinic.
