HealthReach Receives $15,000 from The Foundation for Health Enhancement

On May 17, 2010 HealthReach received a grant from the Foundation for Health Enhancement in the amount of $10,000. This award will go towards the general Medical Program.

HealthReach Receives $10,000 from Libertyville Township

On October 5, HealthReach received a generous grant from the Abbott Fund. The award of $200,000 will help support the HealthReach Medical and Pharmacy Programs.

Congratulations!  The Community Affairs Advisory Board of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois has awarded HealthReach Inc. a grant of $20,000. These funds will aid in the operation of  the Acute Care Program.
