HealthReach was grateful to receive the continued support of the John and Kathleen Schreiber Foundation. With their December gift of $10,000, HealthReach can continue to provide much needed healthcare to the uninsured and underinsured residents of Lake County.

HealthReach Receives Special Award from the Houlsby Foundation

In December, HealthReach recieved a special grant in the amount of $10,000 in support of general operations from the Houlsby Foundation. HealthReach is grateful for the Houlsby Foundation’s ongoing support and  the ability to continue providing much needed healthcare to the underserved populations of Lake County.

HealthReach Receives Generous Donation from Libertyville Bank & Trust

In December, HealthReach received a $1,000 donation from the Libertyville Bank & Trust. The funds will help HealthReach Inc to continue to provide healthcare to members of Lake County who are uninsured or underinsured.

Healthy Families Program
